Welcome to IFTS – Ismail Financial & Tax Solutions ("IFTS"), a Business Infrastructure Platform that provides digital and professional business services across Pakistan.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IFTS website, Web Application, Client Portal, digital services, online payment facilities, and all professional services provided by IFTS.
By accessing our website, creating a Client Portal account, placing an order, making a payment, or using any IFTS service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue the use of our platform and services.
1 Platform Overview
IFTS is a Business Infrastructure Platform that provides integrated business solutions for individuals, entrepreneurs, startups, SMEs, companies, and organizations throughout Pakistan.
Our platform offers services including, but not limited to:
- NTN Registration
- Company Registration (SECP)
- Sales Tax Registration
- Import & Export Registration (PSW)
- NGO / NPO Registration
- Trademark Registration
- Digital Business Setup
- Business Documentation
- Income Tax Return Filing

- Corporate Compliance

- CRM & Workflow Systems
- Website Development

Services may be delivered digitally, physically, or through a hybrid workflow depending on the selected package and applicable regulatory requirements.

For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions:
"Platform" means the IFTS website, Web Application, Client Portal, digital forms, online payment systems, and all associated digital services.
"Client" means any individual or organization using or purchasing any IFTS service.
"Service" means any professional service offered by IFTS through its platform.
"Professional Service Fee" means the fixed fee charged by IFTS for providing professional services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it excludes government challans, statutory taxes, filing fees, licence fees, registration fees, courier charges, banking charges, payment gateway charges, and other third-party costs.
"Package" means the Basic, Standard, Premium, or any other pricing category available for a particular service.
"Client Portal" means the secure online dashboard where clients can submit information, upload documents, track applications, receive notifications, and communicate with IFTS.
"Authority" refers to any government department, regulatory body, financial institution, or third-party organization involved in processing or supporting a service, including but not limited to FBR, SECP, PSW, PRA, KPRA, SRB, BRA, PSEB, IPO Pakistan, banks, payment gateways, and courier service providers.

By using the IFTS Platform, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Pakistan.
- All information and documents submitted by you are accurate, complete, and truthful.
- You authorize IFTS to process your selected services based on the information and documents you provide.
- You agree to receive digital communications from IFTS regarding your services.
4 Eligibility
You may use the IFTS Platform only if you:
- Are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- Provide accurate and complete personal or business information.
- Are authorized to act on behalf of the business or organization (where applicable).
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
IFTS reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services if eligibility requirements are not met.

Certain services require the creation of an IFTS Client Portal account.
The Client Portal enables clients to:
- Complete service-specific forms.
- Upload supporting documents.
- Track application progress.
- View pending tasks and additional requirements.
- Download invoices and completed documents.
- Receive service notifications.
- Access service history.
- Communicate securely with the IFTS team.
Client Portal access is provided only for services where ongoing collaboration, documentation, or workflow management is required.
Some services, such as the Basic Ask an Expert Consultation, may not include Client Portal access.

To protect client accounts and maintain platform security, IFTS may require verification of your mobile number and email address before granting access to the Client Portal.
Verification may include:
- One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
- One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered email address.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the contact information provided during registration remains accurate and accessible.
Failure to complete verification may delay account activation or service processing.
Back to top7 Client Portal Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their Client Portal account.
By using the Client Portal, you agree to:
- Keep your login credentials confidential.
- Protect your registered email address and mobile number.
- Submit accurate and complete information.
- Upload authentic and legible documents.
- Respond promptly to additional information requests.
- Review all submitted information before final submission.
Clients remain responsible for all activities carried out through their registered account.
IFTS shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or issues arising from incorrect login credentials, inactive contact information, unauthorized access caused by the client's negligence, or inaccurate information submitted by the client.

Service orders are considered officially accepted only after all of the following requirements have been completed:
- The client selects the required service package.
- Required payment has been successfully received or verified.
- All required information has been submitted.
- Required supporting documents have been uploaded where applicable.
- Any necessary identity or account verification has been completed.
Service timelines begin only after all required information, documents, and payment verification have been successfully completed.
The processing times displayed on the platform are estimated working timelines only and may vary depending on:
- Government authority processing.
- Document completeness.
- Regulatory verification.
- Third-party platform availability.
- Payment verification.
- Technical or operational requirements.
- Additional information requested during processing.
IFTS is not responsible for delays caused by government authorities, regulatory changes, banking systems, courier providers, payment gateways, technical outages, or incomplete submissions from the client.

By using the IFTS Platform, you consent to receive electronic communications regarding your services.
These communications may include:
- Order Confirmations
- Payment Confirmations
- Client Portal Invitations
- OTP Verification Messages
- Service Status Updates
- Requests for Additional Information
- Quotations
- Payment Requests for Package Upgrades
- Invoice Notifications
- Completion Notifications
- Courier Tracking Information
- Subscription Notifications (where applicable)
- Important Platform Announcements
Communications may be delivered through:
- WhatsApp Business
- SMS (where applicable)
- Client Portal Notifications
Electronic communications sent through these official channels shall be deemed valid and sufficient for service-related correspondence.

IFTS offers services through structured service packages designed to meet different business requirements. Depending on the selected service, packages may include Basic, Standard, Premium, or other customized categories.
Each package clearly specifies:
- Scope of Services
- Included Deliverables
- Estimated Timeline
- Service Fee
- Package Features
- Additional Requirements (if applicable)
Clients are responsible for selecting the package that best matches their business needs based on the information available on the platform.
Package prices displayed on the IFTS Platform are subject to change without prior notice. However, any confirmed order will be processed according to the pricing applicable at the time of successful order confirmation.
Back to top11 Package Review & Upgrade Policy
Some services are offered in multiple packages based on the complexity, scope, or eligibility criteria described on the relevant Service Card.
If, after reviewing the client's submitted information and supporting documents, IFTS determines that the selected package does not match the client's actual circumstances or service requirements, IFTS will inform the client and recommend the appropriate package.
The client will receive an explanation of why the selected package is not suitable and will have the option to:
Pay only the difference between the selected package and the recommended package. Any amount already paid will be adjusted against the upgraded package.
If the client chooses not to proceed with the recommended package, the order may be cancelled and any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with the IFTS Refund Policy.
No service requiring the upgraded package will proceed until the client confirms the revised package and any applicable additional payment has been received.

Certain services may be clearly marked as:
- Fixed Price
- No Hidden Charges
- Everything Included
- Government Fee Included (where specifically stated)
For these services, no additional professional service charges will be requested unless:
- The client changes the scope of work.
- Additional optional services are requested.
- Incorrect or incomplete information results in a different service category.
- Government authorities require services beyond the original scope.
Where government fees are stated as included, such inclusion will be specifically mentioned on the respective Service Card.
Back to top13 Professional Service Fee & Government Charges
Professional Service Fees published by IFTS represent only the professional fees charged by IFTS unless expressly stated otherwise. Government challans, statutory taxes, registration fees, filing fees, licence fees, courier charges, banking charges, payment gateway charges, and other third-party costs are separate unless specifically included within the relevant Service Card. Where any government authority revises its official fees after an order has been placed but before payment is made on behalf of the client, the client shall be responsible for paying the revised official amount. IFTS has no control over government fee revisions and shall not be responsible for any changes imposed by government authorities or third-party organizations.
14 Referral Codes, Coupon Codes & Promotional Offers
To support promotional campaigns and referral-based marketing, IFTS may issue Referral Codes, Coupon Codes, or other promotional offers from time to time.
Referral Codes (for example, R12345) may be issued to authorized IFTS referral partners, agents, affiliates, or other approved representatives.
Where a valid Referral Code is entered during checkout:
- The referral will be recorded against the authorized Referral Partner.
- Any applicable referral commission will be calculated in accordance with the IFTS Referral or Agent Program.
- Referral commissions are payable only to authorized Referral Partners and do not provide any direct financial benefit to the client unless expressly stated by IFTS.
Coupon Codes (for example, C12345) may be issued by IFTS as part of promotional campaigns, marketing activities, customer loyalty programs, or special offers.
Where a valid Coupon Code is applied during checkout:
- The applicable discount will be automatically calculated based on the terms of the promotion.
- Discounts may apply only to specific services, service packages, or promotional campaigns.
- The applicable discount will be reflected in the final invoice before payment confirmation.
Unless expressly stated otherwise by IFTS:
- Referral Codes and Coupon Codes are valid only for the services, packages, and promotional campaigns specified by IFTS.
- Codes may be subject to expiry dates, usage limits, eligibility requirements, minimum purchase values, or other promotional conditions.
- Only one Coupon Code may generally be applied to a single order unless IFTS expressly permits multiple promotional offers.
- Referral Codes do not automatically entitle clients to a discount unless specifically linked to an active promotional offer.
- Coupon Codes cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred for monetary value, or applied retrospectively after an order has been confirmed.
- IFTS reserves the right to refuse, suspend, deactivate, or cancel any Referral Code or Coupon Code that is expired, invalid, obtained through unauthorized means, or used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- IFTS may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional campaign, Referral Program, or Coupon Program at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
15 Secure Checkout & Payment Methods
IFTS provides a secure online checkout process for purchasing services.
Depending on the selected service, clients may complete payment using one of the following methods:
- Online Bank Transfer
- Raast Transfer
- Debit Card
- Credit Card
- Other officially approved payment methods introduced by IFTS
Where applicable, clients may be required to upload proof of payment through:
- Checkout Page
- Client Portal
- Official Payment Verification Form
Orders remain pending until payment verification has been successfully completed.

Debit and Credit Card payments are processed exclusively through secure third-party payment gateways.
IFTS does not directly process, store, or access sensitive payment card information.
Card transactions are subject to:
- Payment gateway verification
- Bank authorization
- Fraud prevention procedures
- Applicable banking regulations
Failed or declined card transactions are governed by the policies of the issuing bank and payment gateway.
IFTS shall not be responsible for delays or transaction failures caused by financial institutions or payment gateway providers.

Certain IFTS services operate on a recurring subscription model.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Monthly Sales Tax Return Filing
- POS Integrated Monthly Compliance
- Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Payroll Management
- Website Maintenance
- Digital Marketing Retainers
- Business Automation Support
- Other recurring professional services
Where a client subscribes to a recurring service using a Debit or Credit Card, recurring payments may be processed through secure payment tokenization provided by the authorized payment gateway.
Recurring billing will continue according to the agreed subscription period unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable subscription terms.
Subscription charges, billing frequency, renewal dates, and cancellation conditions will be displayed before subscription confirmation.

Protecting our clients from fraud is one of our highest priorities.
For your security, IFTS will never contact you by phone, WhatsApp, email, SMS, or any other communication channel to request or ask for:
- Debit Card Number
- Credit Card Number
- CVV / Security Code
- ATM or Card PIN
- Internet or Mobile Banking Username or Password
- One-Time Password (OTP)
- Bank Account Password
- Mobile Wallet PIN
- Any confidential banking or payment security information
IFTS also never asks clients to disclose or share OTPs received from banks, payment gateways, or mobile network operators.
Clients should immediately report any suspicious communication claiming to represent IFTS.

Payments made through Bank Transfer or Raast may require manual verification before processing begins.
Verification may include:
- Transaction reference number
- Payment screenshot
- Bank confirmation
- Internal verification procedures
Processing timelines begin only after payment verification has been successfully completed.

Clients agree to:
- Select the appropriate service package.
- Provide complete and accurate information.
- Submit genuine and authentic documents.
- Upload clear and readable files.
- Complete all requested information within the required time.
- Respond promptly to additional information requests.
- Maintain updated contact information.
- Review submitted information before final submission.
- Keep Client Portal credentials confidential.
Clients remain solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all information and documents submitted through the IFTS Platform.

Depending on the selected service, clients may be required to complete digital forms through:
- IFTS Client Portal
- Official IFTS Web Application
- Official Online Forms
- Other secure digital channels authorized by IFTS
Required documents may include, but are not limited to:
- CNIC
- Passport
- NTN Certificate
- Business Registration Certificates
- Tax Notices
- Financial Statements
- Bank Statements
- Property Documents
- Utility Bills
- Agreements
- Licenses
- Other supporting documentation
Clients are responsible for ensuring that uploaded documents are accurate, complete, and legible.
IFTS reserves the right to request additional information or supporting documents whenever necessary for compliance, verification, or service completion.

During service processing, regulatory authorities or the IFTS team may require additional information or documentation.
Where additional requirements arise:
- Clients will be notified through WhatsApp, Email, and/or the Client Portal.
- Clients should submit the requested information within the specified timeframe.
- Processing may remain on hold until all outstanding requirements have been fulfilled.
Failure to provide required information may result in processing delays, suspension, or cancellation of the service where permitted by applicable laws or regulations.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their registered email address and mobile number remain active and accessible.
IFTS shall not be responsible for missed notifications caused by incorrect contact details, inactive accounts, spam filters, network failures, or circumstances beyond its control.

Most services are delivered digitally through the IFTS Client Portal or official email.
Depending on the selected service, clients may receive:

- Approval Letters
- Other service deliverables
Where physical delivery is included, original documents may be dispatched through an authorized courier service to the address provided by the client.
Courier tracking information will be shared through official communication channels whenever applicable.

IFTS values the confidentiality of client information.
All personal information, business information, uploaded documents, financial records, and communications are handled using professional confidentiality standards.
Client information is only accessed by authorized personnel responsible for processing the requested service.
Information may only be shared:
- With the client's authorization;
- Where required by applicable laws or regulations;
- With relevant government authorities for processing the selected service;
- With trusted service providers performing essential functions such as payment processing, communication, or courier delivery.
IFTS does not sell, rent, or intentionally disclose confidential client information for marketing or commercial purposes.

- Videos
- Training Material
- Software Components
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, published, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission from IFTS.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Many IFTS services require interaction with external organizations and government authorities.
These may include, but are not limited to:

- Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA)
- Sindh Revenue Board (SRB)
- Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA)
- Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA)
- Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB)
- Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan (IPO Pakistan)
- Banks & Financial Institutions
- Payment Gateway Providers
- Courier Companies
- SMS & Email Service Providers
IFTS is not responsible for:
- Government policy changes;
- Regulatory decisions;
- Portal downtime;
- Banking delays;
- Technical interruptions;
- Third-party system failures;
- Courier delays; or
- Processing timelines controlled by external organizations.
28 Limitation of Liability
While IFTS makes every reasonable effort to provide accurate, timely, and professional services, certain outcomes depend on external authorities and information provided by clients.
Accordingly, IFTS shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by government authorities;
- Rejection of applications by regulatory bodies;
- Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by clients;
- Technical failures of third-party systems;
- Banking or payment gateway interruptions;
- Courier delays;
- Losses arising from unauthorized access caused by client negligence;
- Business losses, indirect damages, or consequential losses beyond the direct scope of the purchased service.
Professional advice is based on applicable Pakistani laws, regulations, official guidance, and the information supplied by the client at the time the advice is provided.

Refunds, cancellations, package upgrades, payment adjustments, and subscription cancellations are governed by the official IFTS Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
Clients are encouraged to review the Refund Policy before purchasing any service.
Back to top30 Suspension or Termination of Services
IFTS reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where:
- Fraudulent activity is suspected;
- False or misleading information is provided;
- Forged or unauthorized documents are submitted;
- Platform security is compromised;
- Payment fraud is suspected;
- These Terms & Conditions are violated;
- Abuse, harassment, or misconduct towards IFTS personnel occurs.
Where appropriate, affected clients may be informed of the reason for suspension or termination.

IFTS shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations where such delays result from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Fire
- Flood
- Earthquake
- War
- Civil unrest
- Pandemic or epidemic
- Government restrictions
- Power failures
- Internet outages
- Cybersecurity incidents
- Banking disruptions
- Third-party platform failures
Service timelines may be reasonably extended during such events.

IFTS reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect:

Updated versions will be published on the IFTS Platform and become effective from the date of publication unless otherwise stated.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any dispute arising from the use of the IFTS Platform or its services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
